We are introducing Youngr Labs, a biotech, artificial intelligence and digital product company dedicated to longevity. Our mission is to redefine how humans experience aging. 

We are creating the first AI Virtual Human Cells made for longevity. To achieve this, we are building one of the largest perturbational single-cell RNA-seq Atlas and foundation model of human rejuvenation.

Most biological AIs today are trained on public, static datasets collected from unperturbed conditions, ie without drugs. However, such AIs often fail to extrapolate to perturbed cells, a prerequisite to discover new drugs.

The next generation of AIs will require massive amounts of unique, high-quality experimental data with drug perturbations — data that doesn’t exist today. 
At Youngr Labs, we generate this data at scale through our in vivo perturbational Atlas, providing the foundation for truly intelligent biological models.




OUR IN-VIVO SINGLE-CELL PERTURBATIONAL ATLAS



Biology isn’t static, it’s a dynamic system. Cells adapt, and evolve in response to perturbations. This is the reason why we are creating our in vivo single-cell skin perturbational Atlas, mapping how every human skin cell reacts to molecules, aging, contexts and diseases.

While most players focus on CRISPR-Cas9 genetic perturbations, we explore small molecules - many derived from natural products - whose transcriptomic effects at the single-cell level remain largely unexplored.

By learning directly from life itself, our model is capable of predicting how molecules reprogram gene expression, identifying novel biological targets, and discovering next-generation ingredients and therapeutics for longevity.




WE BEGIN WITH THE SKIN, THE MIRROR OF AGING



The skin is the largest and most accessible organ of the human body: a living mirror of aging, environment, and genetics. Yet, more than 50% of chronic skin diseases still lack effective treatments. 

This organ is complex and highly variable across sex, age, ethnicity, and environmental exposure, making it a powerful model to train and validate our technology. By starting with the skin, we can rapidly test, learn, and prove our approach. 

Once validated, we will scale to other organs, applying the same foundation model to unlock new insights in aging, regeneration, and disease across the human body.






OUR SCIENCE AND PRODUCT



As AI becomes ubiquitous across industries, our goal is to augment researchers’ intelligence and impact - and accelerate discovery. 
Our technology is designed as a companion for scientists, ingredient innovators, and biotech companies, empowering them to design new anti-aging molecules, personalized active compounds, and therapies that restore cellular youth.

Our goal is to turn the science of longevity into a programmable, data-driven discipline, and give humanity the tools to age better.


At the core of our rigorous approach, we are building a strong and innovative science and technology by:

  • Orthogonal validation: cross-verifying signals with independent assays (single-cell RNA-seq, epigenetic clock, functional readouts and literature).

  • Prospective testing: our models make predictions first, then we validate them in new wet-lab experiments.

  • In vivo relevance: we prioritize human data (ex vivo and in vivo) from diverse donors and tissues, instead of immortalized cell lines.

  • External benchmarking: blind testing on private and public datasets, replicated with CROs and academic labs.

  • Data integrity: versioned datasets, full audit trails, preregistered protocols, and open scientific reporting.


The potential applications of our invention go far beyond skin 
health and longevity. 
From discovering new treatments for atopic dermatitis to uncovering novel therapeutic pathways in skin cancer and inflammation, 
our technology opens new frontiers in precision medicine - and ultimately, in human health.
